• Project-Based Refunds: All projects are custom-designed, with payments tied to milestones outlined in your contract.
• Client Satisfaction: We strive to ensure your satisfaction. If concerns arise during the project, we encourage open communication so adjustments can be made promptly.
• Deposit & Initial Payments: Any upfront deposit is partially refundable only if the project has not started, as specified in your signed agreement.
• Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases where a project cannot be completed due to internal issues on our side, we will provide a proportional refund for uncompleted work.
• Final Delivery: Once final files are delivered and approved, the project is considered complete, and refunds are no longer applicable.
